Loot
CCP said that there is a slight chance of getting faction stuff in the loot. If you don't get faction modules, the loot is mostly made of Meta 4 modules. Burner Hawk is known to drop meta Ballistic Control Systems (Muon Coil, Cross-linked), among other loot.

Bounty
5,000,000 ISK for the Burner Hawk

The information on this mission guide is wrong. I lost a ship because of this so be careful. The Elite Frigate Burner Hawk does faction scourge missile KIN damage NOT EM DAMAGE. I got killed within seconds of warping in because I went by this guide and put an EM hardener on instead of kinetic.

Here is what the mission details says...

he leader of this gang flies a Hawk-class Assault Frigate. She deals her damage through Rocket Launchers armed with Caldari Navy Scourge Rockets and she always fits a Stasis Webifier and Warp Scrambler. She is backed up by two allies in Bantam-class Support Frigates, which can use Remote Shield Transporters to keep themselves and their leader alive. I advise you to do everything in your power to eliminate the Bantams early in the fight.

The mission detail varies from time to time. I suggest reading the detail carefully and equip the corresponding hardener instead.

No standing loses incurred for completing the mission.

The Hawk moves at 820 m/s and the Bantams can get up to about 1000 m/s.

So if your kite is 1000 m/s + you're good to go.
(I did it at 1200 m/s easy peasy)
