Recommended Ships: Hulk (very easy), Osprey, or combat ship (frig/cruiser) for drones and then a mining ship, Achievable in just a Mack with drones.

Group (10km):

2x Drone Little Missile Battery(Trigger) May drop loot

Spawn

5x Decimator/Render Alvi/Serpentis

Deal with the drones, and mine 15000 units (9000m3) of Mercium ore (fake Omber).

used passive shield hurricane for encounter and retriever + hauler for mining, completed in <20mins
have also used a Scythe for mining and completed in < 1hour

Did the whole missing in a ferox, except for the hauling. Went very well, and completed in less then an hour. all i did was to exchange the launchers for t2 miners and use mining drones. Very easy missin with no time limit problems.

Completed in max Hulk in 7 min (MSM II + T2 Omber Crystals) + 5x Hammerheads II and 1x cargo expander to have more then 9000m3

Can select range for warp into mission area.
Had mission area in 0.8 security system.
Warped to 0km in mission area.

Initial group @ 10km:
2x Drone Light Missile Battery

Destroyed 1 Missile Battery and spawned:
4x Decimator Alvi - Frigate (Rogue Drone)

No NPC's (Belt Rats) spawned while mining.

1x Mercium Asteroid - 15,000 units = 9,000m3 cargo amount.
No mineable Asteroid types in mission area.
All Rogue Drone wrecks contained loot (Alloys and Compounds).
Missile Battery dropped munitions.
No loot from structures for me.

Completed mission again, this time got munitions from Drone Lookout and Drone Missile Battery.

Structures have random loot drop.

3 x Drone Barrier, 1 x Drone Junction, 1x Drone Bunker, 1x Drone Lookout. No loot has dropped for me so far.

Easier than you might expect from this page :) Had belt rats spawn as well in a 0.5 system, was in a procurer with moderate tank and 5x warrior I's I had lying around. Easily cleared, shields got to two thirds or so.
