4th Wave:

3 Cruisers (DED Officer 3rd Class)
4 Battleships (3*DED Army Colonel, 1*DED Army General (Trigger) )

5th Wave:

4 Frigates (DED Special Ops Panther)

Frigates in waves 2 & 4 web & close distance fast. They orbit at around 7.5km.
All Cruisers fire Kinetic Heavy Missiles.
DED Army Colonels fire EM Cruise Missiles.
DED Army Generals fire EM Torpedos.
Next wave is spawned when the DED Army General is killed.
Drones appear to be targeted by cruisers only.

Blitz would be to kill the DED Army General in every wave until the 5th. Good luck doing that & living to tell the tale in anything smaller than a capital. Not much point in Blitzing it as the tags the enemy drop make you 28 million when sold to NPC orders.

It is possible to blitz this mission, but not worth it :)

Blitz: Kill trigger in every spawn (complete mission objectives asking you to "Kill their high-ranking officers")

In the last wave there's a chance for a "DED Contractor" to spawn. Had to overload my Maelstrom's tank to survive without warping out, but it was worth getting module damage :)

He drops Amarr Navy stuff mixed in with some cheap loot. I got an Amarr Navy Large EMP Smartbomb and an Amarr Navy Tachyon Beam Laser. Also drops a tag worth 2mil.

I ran this site in a dual lar 2 mega with 1 kin 1 therm 2 em active hardeners. The em damage is immense since the torps and cruises are all em. My tank held with about 3 cruisers and the 4 battleships. The battle ships like to orbit at 50-60km. Its an easy mission once you get your tank set up right.

Just got the DED Contractor spawn again (Aren't I lucky) but this time it wasn't an Apoc hull, it was a TEMPEST! I got a Rep Fleet LSB, along with other boring stuff.

Only 0.0 agents most likely, Chogor. The only ones who'd have enough of an interest in eliminating CONCORD, to hire pod-pilots would be pirate agents.

I just did this for the first time - also only the second L4 mission I have ever completed in EVE \0/ - and came back and salvaged/looted everything without paying much attention to what dropped what; when I got back in station to see how much meta 4 stuff I got I found a "CONCORD Modified Cloaking Device" (buy contracts in Jita for 200mil and based on other similar mods I would say it should sell for 300mil or more - it requires Cloaking V which I think hurts its value); I do not recall that the last general was a DED Contractor but it may have been.

I can confirm 28mil worth of tags.

I believe the notes on which frigates web should refer to waves 2 and 5, not 2 and 4 (wave 4 has no frigates).

I got the mission from a Guardian Angel agent but I suspect all the L4 pirate faction agents can give it. I did it in a Cynabal but it took 2 hours including salvage and looting (my gunnery and Cruiser skills suck though) cause breaking the BS tank was time-consuming.

Up top it says that damage dealt is Kinetic/Therm, but then it says the BS do EM missiles. Which is it?

Damage dealt is equal all types for some ships, therm kinetic for others and all torpedoes are EM
