2 additional spawns occur after group 3 is eliminated, one after another
4x Battleships (Imperial Tanakh/Imperial Ultara)

Mission agent will message you saying a diplomatic emergency has occurred and to cease all fire.

No structures drop any loot

Completed in Navy Megathron, 2 Large Armor Reppers, 2 EM, 1 Thermic, 1 Explosive Ntype hardeners, damage control II, EM Drones, Exp Cruise missiles, 5 t1 large hybrid turrets. Stopped and sat, armor never went below 90%. Confirm no web/scram.

Imperial Navy Tags/Loot:
5 captain tags
5 colonel tags
12 general tags
3 major tags
2 midshipman

Random T1 modules, nothing significant
Lot of armor plates and tripped power circuits in salvage

No Bounties but the 10mil+ in tags make it worthwhile.

I agree, I found these extra two waves too. They arrive at about 70km and for me closed to about 35km (in a Sentry Domi, just on the edge of Garde I range). They do quite heavy damage at first, enough to make me watch the armour closely despite a solid t2 tank, but once you clear one out the tank is stable, once the second pops you can start to recover before the next wave appears.

The cruisers from the initial reinforcement seem to like targeting drones.

Also got the additional spawns. Fairly certain killing group 3 triggers the first, and the second one triggered by the first spawn dying. This could use someone else's confirmation.

I just did this today. From the warp in i used a microjumpdrive a little to the left of the rogue minmatar, and immediately after having jumped 100k ahead, a fleet of ships appeared behind me with a message (i didnt copy what it said nor do i remember their names - sorry). then i just attacked the rogue and the adds never agroed. nothing else spawned during the fight either. it was a pretty easy and uneventful fight. i looted the corpse and left.

Completed this mission (2013.10.03 16:43).

Left the Minmatar Rogue till last. All the listed spawns came and left tags for me. They spawned 50k to 100k behind the warp in point. When all the Amarr were done, I received the message from my agent ordering a cease fire.

The whole time the Amarr were handing their tags over, the Rogue circled me without attacking till I finally attacked him.

23 million in loot and salvage.
