Completed with no escalation waves with 2x Basilisks (4 large shield transfer/2 Large Energy) and 5-6 DPS battleships. Took about 15-20 minutes per site. Average of 200-250m per site. No wave exceeded our minimum tank DPS rating of 2000.

Completed (unescalated) in 20 minutes with:
1 x Vargur (1200 artillery)
1 x Kronos (Neutron Blasters)
in a Magnetar system.
Take a scripted sensor booster for the long range ship
2x Navy smartbombs to kill frigates.
Refit 3x Large NOS to counter sleeper neutralisers
