Back Group Spawns

When the first ship in the Back Left, and the first ship in the Back Right group is attacked, they each spawn:

4-6 x Frigates (Gistii Ambusher/Arch Gistii Outlaw/Thug) Web/Scramble

Angel Battlestation Spawns:


When the Angel Battlestation (350,000 hp) is reduced to 95% Shields, there spawns:
6 x Frigates (Arch Gistii Impaler) orbits at 12km, Web/Scramble

When reduced to 20% Armor, there spawns:
4 x Cruisers (Arch Gistum Liquidator) orbits at 22km
4 x Battlecruisers (Gistatis Legatus) orbits at 23km

When reduced to 30% Structure, there spawns:
3 x Cruisers (Arch Gistum Defeater) 4km
3 x Battleships (Gist Seraphim) orbits at 36km

Mission is flagged complete when Angel Battlestation and all ships are destroyed. In Wrath of angels, only the drug lab needs to be destroyed, and the scientists picked up.


Optional Spawns:

Not required for mission completion

Attacking the (3) Repair Outposts, each spawn:
2 x Faction Battleships (Gist Domination Saint/Nephilim) orbits at 31-34km

Attacking Energy Neutralizer Sentry spawns:
3 x Frigates (Arch Gistii Ambusher) orbits at 12km, Web/Scramble
3 x Cruisers (Gistum Centurion) orbits at 17km

I had this mission and found it pretty hard to solo in my Drake. Changed configuration from 3 LSE t2, 1 Exp, 1 Kin, 1 Therm to 2 LSE 2 Exp, 1 Kin, 1 Therm (according to EFT it would have been worse, but in game it worked better). Took me 2 hours and a few warp-outs. Bookmarks did not seem to work well here.

Loot and salvage are very poor. Bounties were 18-20 mil including the BS-spawns from the repair stations. Flew also Wrath of Angels which was pretty similar and very hard solo in a passive Drake.

Mission is one of the easier level 5's. Initial group is dealt with fairly quickly, and no real surprises. Solo in a passive setup Rattlesnake (post-dominion).

Loot is nothing special, but salvage was good. The 6 Faction Battleships spawning from the Repair outposts have 1m+ bounties each. So recommended to take them out as well.

Faction battleships from the repair stations don't drop faction loot for those that are interested, not regular "domination" ships sadly.

I went for a blitz, killed only stasis tower and battlestation but mission wasn't mark as completed.

According to data from one guy, all NPCs spawning when you kill battlestation should be killed in order to mark mission as complete.

It would seem all the four groups shown in the picture spawns mixture of basic and arch gistii frigates (web/scramble)

Done with damnation, claymore, oneiros

Damnation was tank with oneiros repping never fell below 99% armor destroyed sentrys and cruise first, then neut tower, killed teh frigs that spawned and then the cruisers and battleships.

I never recived the frig spawns from attacking the first groups, they did however spawn after the first shot on the battle station.

Spawns from the battle station were all easy to handle.

I did notice that every spawn from the battlestation aggro'd the logistic no matter who aggro'd what or range so whatch out for this.

About 20mil in bountys and 15mil from loot salvage.

Managing aggro can be a bit of a pain in this one. I now kill the repair stations, warp out, back and start taking out battleships. DPS will be 3300+ with the repair station spawns, so be sure you can tank it.

As long as you work from range, shouldnt need to warp out again to save your logi.

Still a good mission for isk. But does not allow blitz since Inferno patch. Have done mish solo in passive Tengu. Have tried 3 ways now to blitz. Each time I had to kill all enemies. to complete.
