On warp in fly straight for the Ruined Neon sign, you can avoid auto aggro of Group 1 if fast enough.Wait for group 3 to spawn. Kill them, loot Gallente Light Marines from can. Warp out

If you already have key from a previous run, put in cargohold, and go straight for gate at warp in.Wait for Group 6 to spawn, then destroy it. Complete when both Couriers and all Convoy Escorts are dead. Warp out.

On warp in, one hostile (RS Officer) awaits that drops the RS Officers Passcard which is required to enter the second room. Agro is delayed by about 15-30 seconds giving you time to get the first few shots in.
Second Room:
5 groups in second room...
3 groups close to warp in have immediate agro; All three groups consist of:
1x Gallante navy Soldier
1x Gallente Sentry Gun
After a time if you don't shoot any group the 6th group spawns consisting of the Convoy.
Right hand group consists of 9 frigates:
5x Gallente Navy Malus
4x Gallente Navy Atron
Left hand group consists of 9 frigates as well:
5x Gallente Navy Atron
4x Gallente Navy Malus
Center Convoy Group consists of 8 frigates and 2 Iteron V's
5x Convoy Escort Soldier (Tristan class Frigates)
3x Convoy Escort Malus
2x Iteron V
The three far groups don't agro unless shot or approached. Shooting any of the Convoy ships results in all ships in the convoy agroing and approaching your position.
I found it easy to take out the 3 warp in guns and ships, then use a single missile to pull the convoy to me. Waiting till they were in decent range to take out the support ships and then finally the Iteron V's.
