•You don't need to kill the miners. Destroying the Mobile refinery completes mission.
Tip:
•Warping in at 100 km by warping to 0, stopping your ship, and then warping to 100 km does not work. Instead, use a bookmark.

My suggestion:
If you want to tank it, it has to be an overtank set to specific damage AND remember, until you're in optimal, you're getting damaged.
If you want to take the standings hit, it's just another "lots of ships" mission.
Mission is blitz'able in a range fitted Caracal, orbiting at 78km and just blowing up the station. Took 4 minutes of firing.
However I lost standing to Gallente:
-2.4% Combat - Ship kill (I did not shoot any ship)
-5.187 Derived Modification
Also there is a number of roids to mine - but i did not, so there's info to fill...
-7.22 standings loss to Gallante = ship kill 3x 2.4 1x 0.02
9% faction standings gain 45% to Corporation gain
although nothing immediately aggro'd me, as I approached the mobile refinery and before firing (HAM tengu 30km range T2 rage missles) everything aggro'd. maybe just locking the refinery is enough to set them off? that is a lot of ships by the time everything has spawned .recommend managing the number of ships you have spawned at any one time.
did not get webbed, but i'm not sure if the frigates got close enough either way.
approx. 90% therm and kin resists..when the refinery popped shields were at 91%. never even turned on the booster.
yes they all bugger off once the refinery is gone.
yes mission is still flagged complete when the refinery dies.
asteroids....approx 10-15 each of plagio, scordite, and veld.
still took a -2.4% hit to gallente standings for combat ship kill....since the only thing that blew up was the refinery, that must be for that.
