Blitz
Do not attack any ships! Just Destroy the "Local Prison" structure as quickly as possible then warp away. During your assault on the prison, everything will start shooting at you. For this reason it is safest to pre-align then insta-warp when it detonates. Wait a minute then warp back to the mission. This time there should be zero aggro so you can go and pick up the contents of the dropped storage containers at your leisure, then turn in the mission.

If you're in a battlecruiser, you can safely approach it to 0m and then attack it. You should have way enough tank to loot the can and warp out in time, on my attempt I warped out with ~85% shield left.

Structures
Habitation Module drops random trade goods.

From Hikash:

Should be noted I just picked up a +3 implant from one of the Amarr wrecks in the final mission of the series. Sadly I couldn't tell which wreck it was, but it wasn't one of the slave traders.

It may be extremely rare, this is the first time I've ever seen an implant, much less a +3 one drop.
-- ChepeNolon (2008-05-26 19:58:21)
It drops from the Amarr Navy Omen, or one of them at least Neural Boost - basic +3.
-- HuejinSan (2008-06-25 14:41:53)
On Part 1, I found that the support frigates would actively switch targets from me to my Hornet drones, ignoring my other drones that were in the air (therm + exp).
-- LaxxorBorocillicase (2008-07-27 12:11:27)
Just had this mission. In Part 1 there was an additional Group of 4 x Caldari Military Transports clustered around the Target Container, shooting Group 2 did not Aggro them. Don't remember them being there the last time I got this mission.
-- GabrielDarkefyre (2008-08-29 16:51:16)
Just had this set of missions. Two notes on part 2: the Mercenary Wingman frigates are webbers, and if you loot, take a big ship; I got over 1,000 m^3 of stuff.
-- BergonDarek (2008-10-26 22:44:50)
One Omen in part 3 dropped a damage control worth 11 mil, another one dropped an implant.
-- EnslaverOfMinmatar (2008-10-29 21:59:44)
Part 1 Blitz: Shoot the 2 Elite Frigates (Caldari Navy Delta II Support) (web), mission objective is container (fit an AB for fast approaching the container)
-- AngryArt (2008-11-18 23:59:17)
in part 2 - there were atleast 2 items of look that were worth +1 million isk. Well worth looting for.

Did not get any implants etc etc in mission 3, nothing of real great interest.
-- WebbHost (2009-01-07 13:25:11)
Part 1: If you think that you can take the cargo without destroying any ship, because you don't want to worsen your standing with the Caldari, you are wrong. In fact, you can't open the cargo container, until you have killed the enemy.
-- DropDrop (2009-01-27 10:44:24)
I just got a +3 on this mission as well, although I've run it several times without getting one.
-- DarkStar (2009-05-27 00:57:15)
In part 1, Group 3 (2x Elite frigates) will actively agro drones, especially if you haven't shot at them yet. I've verified this over a number of runs, and I think there should be some warning or notice in the mission report.
-- Trius5 (2009-10-07 08:47:49)
the faction in 2 of 3 is Angel, not mercenaries.... or does that vary?
-- SabouMasters (2009-11-11 05:36:31)
In Part 2 you can easily blitz by blowing up Local Prison from a range then warping out to drop aggro. When you warp back, just roll over to the can and loot the mission item.
-- LotharioPendragon (2009-12-16 22:05:15)
Faction in 2/3 is identified in mission brief as Angels, but are clearly generic mercs in the pocket.
-- AtheaGman (2010-01-09 13:10:29)
Confirm Trius5's report of Group 3's aggroing of drones.

Part 2 is part generic mercs, but the Mercenary wingmen are flying Angel Cartel frigs.
Additionally, part 2's loot included an Arbalest Heavy Assault Launcher, and enough loot that I had to drop off loot after the first three groups, and that's after I left all the ammo loot in a can, as well as most of the cap booster charges. Mercenary Wingmen in Group 5 will web you (i'm being webbed right now), but it's doable in a mostly t1 dual-repped Myrm drone boat (all my meds are cap recharge II's) with t2 drones as long as drones don't get aggro.

Doing part three soon, will post what i get regarding that implant/11mil DCU/whatever
-- PlanetaryGenocide (2010-02-09 12:03:39)
Unlucky. no implant on part 3 from the Omens. Nothing worth noting, really. Maybe next time?
-- PlanetaryGenocide (2010-02-09 12:24:28)
No implant on Part 3 the first time, nor any decent loot. Acquired a Tech 3 module on second time, worth approximately 3 mil ISK.
-- WikiThaedius (2010-02-13 10:49:02)
Didn't know there were Tech 3 modules. :P
-- PlanetaryGenocide (2010-02-25 21:28:15)
Part 1: lost 2.4% on Caldari rep for part 1 (for killing navy officer), guess it can not be avoided to complete the mission.
Part 3: Sofar my logs only show 0.036% loss while I killed all ships.

Brought the slaves home, which not to the liking of the Gallente custom officers. Got fined with 18k and got a 0.06 standing loss, eep.
-- OrGasn (2010-09-18 15:48:21)
In part 1 I did not encounter any elite frigates. I was able to access the can after killing the 4 heron types and the 2 griffin types. I finished the griffins first so that might have been the only requirement.
-- ReaverGlitterstim (2011-03-30 20:30:50)
Just ran this mission, couldn't leave until the last badger type was killed.
-- CountessOfMuldavia (2012-02-03 10:37:40)
Part 2:
Disagree with the advice. Take out all ships, just make sure to aggro only one group at a time. The rest will not react. You can switch off your resistance mods and work the repper after each single group has been obliterated. Wash, rinse, repeat. Then blow up the prison. Done in a Hurricane, semi active shield tank. 3 Month old acc.
-- GainardBold (2012-03-03 12:32:33)
If you are trying to blitz this mission, please note that the Minmatar Repair Station is directly in the path you will take to the can with the corpses inside. Consider blowing up the repair station as you approach the can so you won't have to detour around it.
-- IlnaurkSithdogron (2012-12-02 22:27:07)
Did this just earlier today and did not lose any standing at all with either Caldari or Amarr and I killed all the ships. The ships I came across seemed slightly different from what is listed here, but I didn't stop and double-check during the mission. Unfortunately, no implants dropped for me, but the drops and salvage from these missions are still quite good.
-- FragmaFragma (2012-12-09 09:06:05)
Did this today and lost 2.4% with Caldari for Ship Kill. The patch notes said certain missions missing faction penalties were fixed. Obviously this is one of those missions
-- RedAxe (2013-02-21 01:11:21)
On Part 1 I killed the 2 Elite Caldari, got the corpses and was unable to complete the mission. I'm assuming I must go back and kill everything.
-- PilotErrorRandomize (2013-03-12 22:57:56)
Just did the first mission and lost 17.7% with Caldari for killing all ships (1.59 to 1.31).
-- RoseHardin (2013-07-21 01:41:48)
Please note: it appears that you can no longer blitz Mission 1. You have to kill all ships in the pocket and therefore take the faction hit to get credit.
-- MaelMusashi (2013-08-15 23:54:55)
Part 1: Killing all combat ships while leaving the transports alive does not flag the mission as complete. I have not tested killing only the transports and the "Caldari Navy Delta II Support" frigates. (Said frigates guard the container, so you can't loot the container until they die.)

-2.4% loss for "Combat - Ship Kill" - "This penalty was incurred for destroying Caldari State's Caldari Navy Officer in [solarsystem]"
-- SeamusDonohue (2013-12-14 12:55:32)
Mercenary Wingman frigates will scram+web!
Lost my first hurricane to it.
-- ThisIsMyName (2015-02-08 08:06:23)
3/3 can drop 1.5m tags. Got 3.
