A COSMOS delivery mission.
It requires you to deliver him 2 pieces of Angel Spatial Analyzer. He suggests you to hack one of the complexes in Traun, but it's much easier to buy in market, which will cost you around 1~3mil per item.
This mission seems to be repeatable, with ~2% standing increase towards Sebiestor Tribe every time. Unfortunately, no Minmatar standing is increased.
