6 x Battlecruisers (Centatis Behemoth/Daemon/Specter) orbits at 9-22k
7 x Battleships (Centus Dread Lord/Tyrant) orbits at 17-49k

Tips
- No Energy Neutralizer Sentries means this mission is Active Tank friendly
- Maximum damage dealing of all ships is 2204 hp/s (EM 64%, Therm 36%)
- Mission is flagged complete when the Battletower is destroyed. There are no prisoners to return despite what the mission states.

You definitely need to deliver the prisoners to your agent to complete the mission. They take 750m3 cargo.

* the stasis tower is there from the beginning IIRC, if you need speed to tank destroy that one first
* the cruise-batteries seemed to spawn last, they deal a fair bit of the DPS
* drones can be deployed safely after last spawn
Agree with VaLTrantor that it could be solo'd in a rattlesnake, although you might want to take an alt along for DPS. Mine too was passively fitted, but as he says, passive fit not necessary on this one.
