Completed after the destroyer buff in an AC thrasher (crap skills, named as much as possible, 200mm ac x7, small missile launcher, limited 1mn ab, small shield booster 2, medium shield expander, capacitor power relay, gyrostab)

Super easy, just kill frigates, then try not to bump into structure to kill cruiser.
