Fly past structure, should see spies spawn ahead, kill them.
(Update 1/15/13)
Many people has reported that it's not impossible to blitz this mission by going to the structure.

Serpentis Bunker: Sometimes the Serpentis Bunker drops a container.

Tips
Just send out T1 drones with light gun fire, and align with the stargate you need to use when you're done with this mission.

Confirmed, Bunker droped the following loot for me:

Bunker only dropped 100 Uranium Charge L for me, no cap boosters, but better than nothing :)

As far as I can tell, the recommended damage dealing should primarily be Kinetic, with thermal being the second most affective against Serpentis.

Serpentis spies (Group 2) spawned to 70km after killing everone except Coreli Spy from Group 1.

Indeed, Serpentis spies must be triggered from killing the first group.

Ran it fine, sat there at start, and the spies spawned without me attacking the first group at all. Active shield tank, ignored the first spawn entirely, killed spies, got completion, cleaned up (for thoroughness).

Auto-aggro by group 1.
Could not blitz by ignoring group 1.
The three Serpentis spies appeared after killing one of the ships (the Serpentis Safeguard?) in group 1.

The structure is called "Station Ruins". I couldn't get group 2 to come out (even doing the mission 2 times) without taking out group 1. I just Align to the stargate that I'm going to use after the mission, and I sent out T1 Drones. It took me 3 min to do this mission. And I didn't lose any drones.
