Epic Arc Overview
Starter Agent: Arsten TakaloAgent Corporation: Brutor Tribe
Agent Location: Frarn System at Brutor Tribe Community Area (Celestial Beacon)
Standings Required: +5.00 Minmatar Republic (Faction) or +5.00 Brutor Tribe (Corporation) AND >-2.0 Minmatar Republic (Faction)
Additional Requirements: Hacking III and Archaeology III (skill), Data Analyzer and Relic Analyzer (module)
Recommended Ships: Shield Battleship: T1 Faction (Machariel, Raven Navy, Tempest Fleet, Scorpion Navy, etc) or Shield Marauder (Vargur or Golem are better for this), all with MicroJumpDrive, mobile depot and propulsion module in inventory.
Blitz:
- A Tengu with perma-tank (Pithum-A booster, deadspace resists) is the ship of choice because of the many missions where you have to hack/relic containers. Its innate PVE ability and the Emergent Locus Analyzer subsystem which buffs Hacking/Relic skills, along its very good tank makes it possible you to hack/relic objectives without having to wipe out the field, making mission times much shorter.
- Standard fit should be DPS+tank. Refit for the Hacking/Relic bonus subsystem for the selected missions.
Important Note:
* Your standing is only checked by the starter agent. After starting the epic arc, subsequent agents will not check standings.
* This means while running the epic arc, you can continue doing missions even if your standing drops below +5.00 yet remains above -2.00 Faction standing.

Final Rewards:
* Choice of path - Retraction = 10x RSS Core Scanner Probe (Base Sensor Strength 45 points) and Minmatar Republic Faction Standing increase = +5% Base (+6.25% with Social 5)

- The Medallion is located within a Cosmic Anomaly site called A Demonstration located somewhere within the Sveipar Constellation.

Tips
- No need to fit a Probe Launcher or do any scanning.
- Cosmic Anomaly sites are listed at 100% in the Probe Scanner window with 'Show Anomalies' selected to allow warp ability.
- Archaeology III skill and Relic Analyzer module is required to access the 3 containers within the site.
- Each container holds 1x Olfei Medallion (0.1 m3). Only one Olfei Medallion is needed to complete mission.
Blitz
- Purchase 1x Olfei Medallion (0.1 m3) from the Market and return to Agent.
Mission 2 - The Cost of Preservation

Mission Objective:
- Access the Archives, retrieve 1x Hauteker Memoirs (0.1 m3) and return to Agent.
Warning
- A large amount of NPC Remote Repair happens in this mission. If you can't put enough DPS onto an Elite Frigate to instapop it, it will instantly repair all damage so focus on the easier-to-kill ships first, like the Cruisers. After the other NPC's are destroyed, nothing can remote repair the Elite Frigates which can then be easily destroyed with Combat Drones

Tips
- Stop attack on Ailion Boufin and concentrate attack on each NPC group when it spawns.

- Ignore the incoming damage and go straight to the container and loot it. Warp out.

Tips
- Jump to 50-100km range, depending on your fit.
- Destroy the EWAR Frigates first to help avoid high DPS!
- Jump out and switch resistance modules upon new spawn.
- Battlestation has large amount of Damage Points and drops no loot.

Tips
- Making a Bookmark and warping back in at range works, but you cannot warp to a different bookmark within the mission area.
- 2x Gist Domination Saint / Nephilim EWAR (Target Painting) is effective at +100km range.
- Destroying 2x Gist Domination Saint / Nephilim asap will help reduce incoming DPS.
- Battleships can't hit at close range.
Blitz
- Wait for the final spawn to arrive and destroy the 2x Elite Battleship (Gist Domination Saint / Nephilim).
Mission 6 - Friends In High Places
Mission Type: CourierMission Objective:
- Investigate the RSS Facility and gather information about the missing Agent.
Mission can be accepted and completed remotely
Tip
- Mission can be easily completed in a fast Frigate or Shuttle.
Mission 7 - My Little Eye
Mission Type: TravelMission Objective:
- Report to new Agent - Nilf Abruskur - located in Aldrat System at RSS Liaison Headquarters (Celestial Beacon).
Mission can be accepted remotely

Mission 5
- I have no exact details on these, mind this please!
- Multiple spawns through triggers
- Frigs will only target paint you
- First spawn has two or three triggers, BC tribuni & Angel frig ... and possible cruiser trigger.
- Total of 4 or 5 waves
- Killing last Tribuni in first wave triggers cruiser, bc, 1 BS wave
- Killing last Angel frig in first wave spawns cruiser, destroyer, frig wave
- Killing last Cruiser in first wave might spawn a new wave(?)
- Possible trigger: Gist warlord (from wave following Tribuni trigger wave 1)
- Mission completed after killing Gist Domination Nephilim (& Saint?)(Blitz)

Suggestion:
- BS's deal a lot of damage, so take it easy on killing triggers
- 1st wave, kill triggers starting with frigs, (cruisers), bc to keep it easy
Courier mission
- Shuttle or any other preferred ship is fine.
Expect a constant stream of kinetic damage from heavy missiles.
Ailion Boufin loves to target drones -nothing else. I stuck a fast one in orbit around him to keep him occupied while I worked the other combatants. I didn't have enough fire power to take Ailion Boufin out first. I had to wipe out all of the other ships first and then get in his face.
Done in Maelstrom. Piece of cake keeping out of range of their auto cannons.
After reading all the comments, I decided to use the 'warp to 100km' range option whenever available. This helped to spread out the rat packs. Most of the missions were easily and quickly completed except for Mission 5 - From Way Above.
Mission 5 - From Way Above:
NPC Spawns are indeed on a 1 to 2 minute timer, no triggers.
NPC spawn point is 50km from mission beacon.
NPC's will aggro up to 150km range.
NPC's will travel back to spawn point after reaching the 200km range.
NPC spawns will all group together and form 1 large group.
Due to my Sleipnir being fitted for close combat, I had to do a dance of 'Tug o War' with the group, working the different ranges listed above making the NPC's go back and forth from the spawn point out to 200km and back again. Doing this I was able to pick off the web / scram Frigates and Cruisers, then worked on the rest of the smaller NPC ships. After destroying all the Frigs, Destroyers, Cruisers and Battlecruisers at falloff range with Barrage M ammo and T2 Drones, I had no problem getting in close to the Battleships.
The 2x Domination Elite Battleships do Target Painting which is effective at +100km. I jumped on them first which greatly reduced the incomming DPS from all the other Battleships, plus they don't hit when doing up close combat.
Doing this took 5 of the 6 hr bonus time to complete it. If going in with close combat fit, probably a good idea to have a couple of fleet members on this mission. Wouldn't have to dance with the group then.
For calculation of loot values, I took the in game inventory value (Juni 2014)
The Values are from 3 chars, doing the complete arc, killing everything. So loot and salvage should be quite reliable, since i took the value of the loot/salvage of all 3 and divided it by 3
salvage: 26 mil
loot: 92 mil
final reward (RSS-Probes): 110 mil
mission rewards + bonus: 120 mil
bountys for killing all npcs: 82 mil
total: 430 mil
I also measured the time, the arc required for completion killing all npcs and traveling without autopliot in a BS. I used a Vargur with faction/T2 fit (850-900 dps) and an alt with T3&Noctis für Hacking/Salvaging.
A lot of missions can be blitzed, saving some time (maybe 1 hour in total) but reducing loot/salvage. This is not taken into account.
