Standings Required: +5.0 Amarr Empire (Faction) or Ministry of Internal Order (Corporation)
Additional Requirements: Hacking III (skill) and Data Analyzer (module)
Important note :
- Your standing is only checked by the starter agent. After starting the epic arc, subsequent agents will not check standings.
- This means while running the epic arc, you can continue doing missions even if your standing drops below +5.00 yet remains above -2.00 Faction standing.
- Karde Romu will remotely offer the first mission if you contact him by starting a conversation.

Tips
- Damage the Sansha Commander first (will warp away) and destroy Wave 1 for a quick reduction of incoming DPS.
- Prioritize targets and eliminate EWAR threats asap.
- Work each Trigger and its resulting Wave before engaging another.
- Last Frigate destroyed in Wave 4 completes the mission objective.
- Structures and Slave Transports have no loot.
Mission 5 - Cowardly Commander

Web/Scram: Elite Frigate
Extras: Heavy Tracking Disruption (Elite Frigate, Elite Cruiser & Battleship); HEAVY NEUTING from Towers.
Recommended Damage Dealing: EM (best), Therm (secondary)
Recommended Ships: Tengu, Golem, Paladin, Vargur.
Mission Objective:
- Destroy the Sansha Commander.
Mission can be accepted and completed remotely.
Warning
- Be prepared for a large amount of EWAR and Very heavy DPS in this mission, more so if you get the triggers mixed up.
- Make sure to prioritize targets and eliminate EWAR threats asap.
- Neuting towers are always primary targets.
Blitz:
All Acceleration gates are open. Optionally you can bookmark the acceleration gates and warp-out/warp-in, activating them upon landing. Watch out for scrams in pocket 2.
Initial warp-in: MWD all the way through
Pocket 1: MWD all the way through
Pocket 2: Deal with the neuting tower first and the 3 scramming frigates before activating the gate. DPS on the room is very high and ignoring the neuting tower will render your ship dry.
Pocket 3: Proceed as normal (see below);

Pocket 2, waves 1a and 1b apparently should be switched (and different names can pop up) and one of the waves (1a, in this guide) contained scramblers for me.
I didn't identify all different names, but be careful if you follow this guide to the letter; you may run into some trouble. Overall, good guide, tho, thank you for providing it, Sturmwolke. :)
Pocket 3, I found, Imperial Dominator is trigger for the first wave, the one lonely BS flying at range. ( 42km ) I managed to save him till last.
Trigger for the 2nd wave was the last BS in group A of the first wave, I killed the outer orbiting BS first.
Completed in a Dominix with ease. 1xANLAR, 2xEM 2xTherm 1xDCUII ANP. Did most of it in an armor tanked Ishtar, only stopped at Cowardly Commander room 2, because I thought the DPS/NOS would be just too overwhelming, though I was playing it extra safe.

In Pocket 1 the Energy Neut Towers were out of range for my guns (T3 Cruiser) so I lead the Initial Group out past 250km range. When the Group got out there, I warped out and back to mission site again, destroyed the Towers and then worked on the ships.
